    Detection of Histoplasma galactomannan in the MVD EIA compared to that of the IMMY ALPHA Histoplasma antigen EIA kit. The galactomannan concentrations of the urine calibrators are shown on the horizontal axis, and the ODs in the antigen assay are shown on the vertical axis. The galactomannan concentrations in the urine calibrators were 39, 28, 19, 14, 10, 6, 3.4, 1.7, and 0.6 ng/ml.
